Once again the Buccaneer 18 class hosted the Dead Dogs and Tin Whistles regatta at Upper Keys Sailing Club in Key Largo Florida.

The regatta sported 11 Buccaneers from all over the east coast. A caravan of 4 teams came down from the Mid-Atlantic, 3 from Solomons Island, MD and 1 from Alexandria, VA. 2 Teams from South Carolina, 1 from

North Carolina, 2 Alabama teams (though one was 1/2 populated by a Canadian!) and an 2 teams from Florida!

Hunter Riddle was 1st on the water, but everyone won because the event was awesome. The weather was gorgeous. 75-80 degrees every day, light, but comfortable sailing breezes, crystal clear water, awesome club…the only thing that could have made the event better….would have been another day!
