Registration for TSS's 2023 Midwinter Regatta is open

You can now register for TSS's 2023 Midwinter Championship Invitational Regatta which is held on March 10,11 and 12, 2023 at the Tampa Sailing Squadron (TSS). To register, visit the TSS website at www.sail-tss.org, and go to March in the event calendar then click on "TSS 2023 Midwinter Championship Invitational". This event is open to Mutineer15, Buccaner18, Daysailer and Windmill class sailboats. Once on the event page, click on the Notice of Race button to learn more about the event.

This year's event has several added features. Practice races will be held on Friday afternoon with a 1:30 warning signal. As a leadup to the Regatta, TSS will present US Sailing training courses on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, March 8th, 9th and 10th from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. These courses are free and will be presented by Jerry Thompson, Jerry is a US Sailing Regional Race Officer, National Judge, Basic Race Management Instructor, and member of the US Sailing Race Management Committee.

The Racing Rules Seminar for Sailors is a two-night course and will be presented on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

The Race Management for RC and Sailors course will be presented on Friday night.
